Digital Cases

To send your digital case, you can upload your files here. We accept all .STL intraoral scanner files. 

If you experience any upload issues or are unable to upload a file type, please call (516) 344-5374.

iTero® Scanner Instructions

To use your iTero® scanner to upload directly to us from your scanner, follow the instructions below to setup Elite Dental Lab in your iTero scanner:

  1. Call 800-577-8767
  2. Select Option 1
  3. Request for them to add Elite Dental Lab to your scanner.
  4. Provide our account number to verify the correct lab: 40981
  5. Once Elite Dental Lab has been added, restart the scanner
  6. Select Elite Dental Lab on your scanner to upload scans.

CEREC Scanner Instructions

  1. Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
  2. Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
  3. Type “Elite Dental Lab” in the box for Company Name
  4. Click FIND
  5. Check the box to the bottom left for “Elite Dental Lab”
  6. Click ADD to complete the registration

No. If you need to send a case immediately, you can print your label on our website and send it today.

We typically invoice at the end of the month for all cases delivered that period. Every case is returned with an invoice. Some doctors choose to pay each case individually. Contact us if you need more a different arrangement.

Our shipping labels are prepaid. We include actual shipping costs on each invoice rather than arbitrarily rolling it into the price of the case. This maintains transparency on actual costs and keeps our costs as low as possible.

Cases take 10 days from when the case was received in office (unless more time is needed and that will be communicated with the dentist office)

We can accommodate EMERGENCY RUSH CASES in 3-5 days when given advance notice AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
